ONRAD is a U.S.-based full-service radiology services company focused on teleradiology, on-site diagnostic and interventional radiology, quality assurance, peer review, and related revenue cycle support. The company describes itself as the largest independent teleradiology services provider in the United States and serves hospitals, radiology groups, imaging centers, and government facilities. ONRAD combines a national network of board-certified radiologists with a proprietary reading and workflow platform that integrates PACS, RIS/DICOM, HL7 connectivity, and AI-enabled productivity tools. In late 2024, ONRAD added Direct Radiology to expand its teleradiology footprint, and it also operates ALLRADS as a hospital-based division. The business is commercial-stage and service-driven rather than a therapeutic drug developer, so it does not have a biopharma pipeline in the traditional sense.
