Optimized Radiochemical Applications, commonly known as ORA, is a Belgium-based radiochemistry and nuclear medicine tools company focused on automated synthesizers for PET and other radiopharmaceutical production. The company develops, designs, manufactures, and supplies multi-purpose radiochemistry modules and related software under the NEPTIS brand for research use, clinical trials, and commercial clinical production. ORA's open-platform systems are used by academic centers, radiopharmacies, and commercial producers to create individualized radiotracer synthesis workflows and support regulatory-compliant manufacturing. The company also provides accessories, spare parts, software, and radiochemistry-related consulting and innovation support. ORA was acquired by Ion Beam Applications in December 2025 but appears to continue operating as an active business within the IBA group.
