Optimum Therapeutic Solutions (OTS) was a biotechnology company focused on the development of advanced nanoparticle delivery systems for oncology therapeutics. Founded by Dr. Leaf Huang, a pioneer in non-viral gene delivery, the company utilized its proprietary Lipid-Protamine-DNA (LPD) and Lipid-Protamine-Polysaccharide (LPP) platforms to encapsulate and deliver small molecules and nucleic acids. These technologies were designed to overcome biological barriers and specifically target solid tumors through the enhanced permeability and retention (EPR) effect.
