Overview
XHANCE® has demonstrated efficacy in Phase III trials for chronic rhinosinusitis with and without nasal polyps. The ReOpen1 trial met both co-primary endpoints, showing reduction in inflammation inside the sinus cavities. If replicated, this could make XHANCE the first intranasal drug approved specifically for chronic sinusitis. Other programs are earlier-stage or outlicensed.
