OPTOPOL Technology is a Polish ophthalmic diagnostics company that designs, manufactures, and sells imaging and visual field testing systems for eye care professionals. The company is best known for its spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) platforms and automated perimeters used for diagnosis and monitoring of retinal, glaucoma, optic nerve, and anterior segment conditions. OPTOPOL states that it was the first company to commercialize spectral-domain OCT and today markets a portfolio including the REVO OCT family and PTS perimetry systems. The business operates in more than 100 countries through direct operations and distributors, with headquarters, manufacturing, research, and training centered in Zawiercie, Poland. It also maintains a U.S. subsidiary and has recently expanded local commercial presence in Australia and New Zealand.
