Oracle Healthcare Acquisition Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) founded in 2005 and headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut. Led by Larry Feinberg of Oracle Partners, the company was established to identify and acquire an operating business in the healthcare sector, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. In 2007, it entered into a definitive merger agreement with Precision Therapeutics, a life sciences company focused on personalized cancer therapy, but the transaction was terminated in 2008. Currently, the company exists as an inactive shell entity with no significant business operations and is traded on the OTC market under the ticker OHAQ.
