Oregon Non-Profit Hospice Alliance

The Oregon Non-Profit Hospice Alliance (ONHA) is a strategic collaborative network of independent, community-based, non-profit hospice and palliative care providers across Oregon. Established in 2019, the alliance was formed to preserve the mission-driven model of end-of-life care amidst increasing industry consolidation and the rise of for-profit chains. ONHA facilitates the sharing of clinical best practices, operational resources, and educational tools among its member organizations to enhance patient outcomes and staffing efficiency.
