Oriva Therapeutics

Oriva Therapeutics is a private clinical-stage women's health biotechnology company based in Barcelona, Spain. The company is focused on first-in-class and best-in-class therapies for chronic gynecological diseases with high unmet need. Oriva launched in 2026 with backing from Asabys Partners and assembled a pipeline around two advanced in-licensed or spun-out assets originating from Oncostellae and Medibiofarma. Its lead program, ORV-362, is a non-hormonal, disease-modifying therapy for endometriosis and is already in Phase 1 clinical testing. A second program, ORV-499, is being developed for uterine fibroids and is expected to enter Phase 1 in 2027.
