Overview
Orixha has developed the proprietary LuncoLive platform for Total Liquid Ventilation. Its lead product, Vent2Cool, enables ultra-fast induction of therapeutic hypothermia in post-cardiac arrest patients by using the lungs as a heat exchanger. The OverCool feasibility clinical trial was approved by French health authorities in September 2024 to validate safety and performance in this indication. Preclinical data have demonstrated benefits for organ protection; first-in-human studies are ongoing or imminent.
