OSE Immunotherapeutics

The lead asset Tedopi®, a neoepitope-based therapeutic cancer vaccine activating tumor-specific T-cells, has shown positive Phase III results in second or third-line Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer patients after failure of immune checkpoint inhibitors. Multiple ongoing Phase II trials are evaluating Tedopi in combination therapies across pancreatic, ovarian, and lung cancers with readouts expected through 2025–2026.

Other clinical assets include:

• OSE‑279: Anti-PD1 monoclonal antibody showing positive early-phase data in solid tumors.
• Lusvertikimab/OSE‑127: IL7 receptor antagonist in Phase II trial for ulcerative colitis; also orphan drug designated by EMA for acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
• FR104/VEL101: Anti-CD28 monoclonal antibody partnered with Veloxis Pharmaceuticals; ongoing Phase I/II studies in kidney transplantation.
• BI765063 & BI770371 developed with Boehringer Ingelheim targeting CD47/SIRPα pathway.
