Originally established as a division of Bristol Myers Squibb, the company provided community-based oncologists with access to a comprehensive portfolio of branded and generic chemotherapy drugs, supportive care products, and practice management services. OTN was particularly known for its generic drug program, which helped oncology practices manage costs while maintaining high standards of patient care. The company was acquired by McKesson in 2007 and subsequently integrated into McKesson Specialty Health.
