Our Lady of the Lake St. Elizabeth

Our Lady of the Lake St. Elizabeth is a not-for-profit Catholic community hospital in Gonzales, Louisiana, serving Ascension Parish as part of FMOL Health. The hospital was previously known as Our Lady of the Lake Ascension and, before that, St. Elizabeth Hospital; it returned to the St. Elizabeth name in 2025 while continuing operations at the same Gonzales campus.
