Company intelligence / Profile preview
Ourotech has developed proprietary hydrogels and microfluidic devices that allow culturing of patient-derived tumor samples outside the body. These platforms mimic the mechanical and biochemical properties of solid tumors—including pH and oxygen gradients—to better predict drug resistance. Clinical studies are underway in triple negative breast cancer, glioma/brain tumors, and kidney cancers to validate the predictive power of their assay for therapy selection. No direct therapeutic results as they are a diagnostics/platform company.
