Outcome Concept Systems (OCS) is a healthcare analytics company based in Seattle, Washington, that specializes in providing data-driven intelligence for the home health and hospice industries. Founded in 1992, the company developed the first post-acute outcomes benchmarking service in the United States and maintains a massive national data warehouse of homecare quality and financial metrics. OCS offers solutions like OCS HomeCare and Dentra to help providers improve patient outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize operational performance. The company was acquired by National Research Corporation in 2010 and its homecare business was later sold to ABILITY Network in 2015. Today, its technologies are integrated into the broader Inovalon ecosystem following Inovalon's acquisition of ABILITY in 2018.
