The company's primary asset was Holigen Holdings, which developed one of the largest outdoor cannabis cultivation facilities in the world located in Aljustrel, Portugal, along with a GMP-certified indoor facility in Sintra. In 2019, The Flowr Corporation acquired Oxley's interest in Holigen to expand its footprint into the European and Australian medical markets. The group played a pivotal role in establishing large-scale, pharmaceutical-grade cannabis production infrastructure designed to meet international regulatory standards. Following the acquisition, the group's operations were integrated into Flowr's global strategy.
