Overview
Oxolife’s lead compound, OXO-001, is a non-hormonal oral pill designed to enhance endometrial receptivity and improve embryo implantation rates. It addresses an unmet medical need since no current treatments target the implantation phase directly. Phase II results demonstrated significant improvements in ongoing pregnancy rates (+10.6 percentage points) and live birth rates (+6.9 percentage points) compared to placebo among women undergoing IVF with donor eggs[4]. The drug also shows promise for treating PCOS-related infertility[3].
