Ozark Mountain Poultry

Ozark Mountain Poultry was an Arkansas-based poultry processing and food manufacturing company focused on chicken deboning, portioning, packaging, and further-processed poultry products for retail, foodservice, and industrial customers. Founded in 2000, the company expanded through Arkansas operations including Rogers and Batesville and built capabilities in tray pack, specialty packaging, and front- and back-half deboning. It was not a life sciences, biotech, pharma, or healthcare company; rather, it operated in conventional food and protein processing. In October 2018, George's, Inc. announced completion of its acquisition of Ozark Mountain Poultry, after which OMP appears to have ceased operating as an independent company brand.
