PACE of Rhode Island

PACE of Rhode Island is a non-profit healthcare organization that provides comprehensive medical and social services to adults aged 55 and older who meet nursing home level of care. Operating under the national Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) model, the organization integrates Medicare and Medicaid benefits to offer a seamless continuum of care.
