Company intelligence / Profile preview
Pala Diagnostics was a U.S. clinical diagnostics laboratory formed in 2021 as a joint venture between Dalrada Health and Vivera Pharmaceuticals. The company operated a CLIA-certified laboratory and offered COVID-19 testing services, including point-of-care rapid antigen testing, lab-based PCR testing, and mobile concierge/on-site testing for businesses, schools, conventions, hospitality venues, and other high-volume settings. Its business was services-based rather than a therapeutic drug-development model, and public materials emphasize SARS-CoV-2 testing as its core offering. Although it was launched as an operating diagnostics business in San Diego, later parent-company disclosures indicate that Pala was no longer operational as of June 30, 2023.
