Palleos Healthcare is an independent mid-size full-service contract research organization based in Wiesbaden, Germany. It specializes in clinical trial management and regulatory support for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies across Central and Eastern Europe. The company offers comprehensive services spanning preclinical consulting through all phases of clinical trials (Phase I–IV), including medical writing, data management, biostatistics, pharmacovigilance/safety monitoring, regulatory affairs support and project management. With expertise across at least twenty-nine therapeutic areas—especially oncology—and experience with both medicinal products and medical devices under MDR regulations as well as real-world evidence/observational studies.
