PalloV is a clinical-stage biotechnology company based in San Antonio, Texas, specializing in the development of next-generation cancer vaccines. The company's core technology platform, PalloV (Particle-delivered, Allogeneic Tumor Cell Lysate Vaccine), utilizes silicate-capped yeast cell wall particles (YCWP) to deliver a broad range of tumor antigens directly to antigen-presenting cells. Its lead candidate, PalloV-CC, has been evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for the neoadjuvant treatment of resectable colon cancer.
