PAMPRx

PAMPRx is a specialized biotechnology platform developed by Longhorn Vaccines and Diagnostics that is building a first-in-class, pathogen-agnostic immunotherapy platform targeting pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) to address the root cause of inflammation. By utilizing extended half-life, Fc-engineered monoclonal antibodies, PAMPRx aims to neutralize key bacterial cell wall components—such as peptidoglycan (PGN), lipoteichoic acid (LTA), and lipopolysaccharide (LPS)—before they trigger innate immune receptors like TLRs and NODs. This upstream approach prevents inflammatory signaling and enhances immune-mediated bacterial clearance without suppressing overall host defense. The platform's lead candidate, LHNVD-501, is an anti-peptidoglycan monoclonal antibody in IND-enabling development for sepsis and metabolic endotoxemia/MASLD. Additionally, PAMPRx is advancing a multi-PAMP antibody cocktail designed to comprehensively neutralize dominant drivers of innate immune activation in polymicrobial infections and chronic inflammatory diseases.
