Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Singapore, PACRA provides standardized training in Good Clinical Practice (GCP), pharmacovigilance, and quality assurance to biopharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals. The organization operates as part of a global strategic alliance, leveraging a network of partner contract research organizations (CROs) to support clinical trials along the 'modern-day Silk Road.' PACRA also offers specialized consultancy services and innovative clinical trial solutions, including medical imaging and blockchain-based management systems, to facilitate efficient drug development in diverse Asian markets. Led by CEO Steven Bukvic, the association bridges the gap between global sponsors and local Asian markets through its extensive regional expertise and collaborative model.
