Pan Química Farmacéutica was a Spanish pharmaceutical company specializing in the development and manufacture of generic drugs. Founded in 1968 and headquartered in Madrid, the company became a significant provider of affordable medicines within the Spanish National Health System. Its portfolio included a broad range of small molecule therapeutics for cardiovascular, respiratory, and central nervous system disorders. In 2005, the company was acquired by the American pharmaceutical giant Mylan as part of its strategic expansion into the European generics market. Following the merger of Mylan and Upjohn to form Viatris in 2020, the legacy of Pan Química's operations remains integrated within the Viatris global supply chain.
