Paradigm Array Labs

Paradigm Array Labs was a contract research organization and a division of Paradigm Genetics, Inc., based in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. The company specialized in providing high-throughput microarray services, including gene expression profiling and genotyping, primarily utilizing the Affymetrix GeneChip platform. As an authorized service provider, it supported pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and academic clients in their genomic research and drug discovery efforts. The lab offered a full suite of services from experimental design and RNA extraction to sophisticated bioinformatics analysis. Following the acquisition of its parent company, Paradigm Genetics (which became Icoria), by Clinical Data, Inc. in 2005, the lab's operations were integrated into the acquiring entity's portfolio.
