Paraflex, Inc. was a medical device company specializing in the development of innovative orthopedic implants, primarily for the foot and ankle market. The company was best known for its proprietary staple systems designed to provide stable bone fixation and stabilization in extremity surgeries. In January 2011, Paraflex was acquired by Wright Medical Group for approximately $19 million in cash to strengthen its extremities product portfolio. Following the subsequent acquisition of Wright Medical by Stryker in 2020, Paraflex's technologies have been integrated into Stryker's global orthopedic offerings.
