The company provided consulting and implementation services across research and development, manufacturing, commercialization, quality, regulatory, and enterprise information management rather than developing therapeutics of its own. Its offerings centered on digital transformation, process optimization, content and information management, analytics, validation, and systems integration for regulated life sciences environments. Paragon was acquired by CGI in December 2017 and no longer operates as an independent company.
