Park Place Medical Center

Park Place Medical Center was a full-service acute care hospital located in Port Arthur, Texas, serving the Southeast Texas community. The facility provided a comprehensive range of medical services, including emergency medicine, surgical services, diagnostic imaging, and intensive care. It was eventually acquired by Christus Health and integrated into the Christus Southeast Texas Health System. In the mid-2010s, as part of a regional healthcare consolidation strategy, Christus Health transitioned acute care services away from the Park Place campus to centralize operations at larger regional hubs, effectively closing the facility as a standalone medical center.
