Path Medical is a private healthcare services company operating a multi-disciplinary network of injury-treatment clinics focused on patients with auto accident and personal injury cases. The company provides coordinated services including chiropractic care, physical therapy, physiotherapy, orthopedic care, pain management, MRI, telemedicine, and related rehabilitation services across Florida and Minnesota. Path Medical is accredited by The Joint Commission and markets itself as a one-stop provider for accident-related evaluation, treatment, and recovery support. Historically, Path Medical underwent Chapter 11 restructuring and in September 2022 substantially all of its assets were sold to an affiliate of Physicians Group, after which the brand and clinic operations continued under new ownership. It is not a biotech or drug-development company and does not appear to have a therapeutic pipeline in the pharma sense.
