Pathology Solutions is a U.S. pathology services company and clinical laboratory focused on anatomic pathology and related diagnostic services for physicians and patients. Founded in 2005, the company built its business around a TC/PC model and offers subspecialty pathology support in areas such as dermatopathology, gastrointestinal pathology, urologic pathology, and other tissue-based diagnostics. The company operates from Eatontown, New Jersey and is now part of Sonic Healthcare USA's Anatomic Pathology Division. Historically, it was acquired by Aurora Diagnostics, and through Aurora became part of Sonic Healthcare's broader pathology network.
