Pathway to Cures

Pathway to Cures (P2C) is a venture philanthropy fund dedicated to advancing cures and breakthrough therapies for inheritable blood disorders. Established by the National Bleeding Disorders Foundation (NBDF), the fund invests in early-stage biotech companies and innovative research to address unmet needs in the hematology community. Its primary focus includes conditions such as hemophilia A and B, von Willebrand disease, sickle cell disease, and other rare bleeding disorders. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, P2C operates with a mission-driven approach, where all investment returns are reinvested into the fund to support future research and development. By bridging the gap between academic discovery and commercial development, Pathway to Cures aims to accelerate the delivery of transformative treatments to patients. The organization provides not only capital but also deep domain expertise and access to a broad network of clinicians and patient advocates.
