Patient Information Forum

The Patient Information Forum (PIF) is the UK’s leading membership body for professionals working in health information and support. The organization is best known for managing the PIF TICK, the UK's only independently assessed quality mark for trustworthy health information. PIF provides its members with training, resources, and networking opportunities to improve health literacy and shared decision-making. Its mission is to ensure that patients and the public have access to evidence-based, accessible, and high-quality health information across all platforms. The forum represents over 300 organizations across the NHS, voluntary, and commercial sectors.
