PBM Products, formerly known as PBM Holdings, was a leading global manufacturer and distributor of store-brand infant formula and baby food products. Founded by Paul Manning in 1997, the company revolutionized the infant formula market by providing high-quality, affordable alternatives to national brands across major retailers like Walmart, Target, and Kroger. PBM operated state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and was the first company to receive FDA challenge-free status for its infant formula. In 2010, the company was acquired by Perrigo Company for approximately $808 million, significantly expanding Perrigo's presence in the pediatric nutrition sector.
