PEI BioAlliance

The PEI BioAlliance is a member-led non-profit organization responsible for developing and managing the bioscience strategy for the province of Prince Edward Island, Canada. It serves as a central hub for a cluster of over 60 bioscience companies, research institutions, and government partners focused on human, animal, and fish health. The Alliance provides strategic leadership, business development support, and infrastructure coordination to accelerate the commercialization of bioscience technologies. Key areas of expertise within the cluster include natural products, diagnostics, vaccine development, and contract manufacturing services. The organization also leads major initiatives such as the Canadian Alliance for Skills and Training in Life Sciences (CASTL) to address talent needs in the biomanufacturing sector.
