Pennsylvania Assistive Technology Foundation

Pennsylvania Assistive Technology Foundation (PATF) is a statewide non-profit organization and certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) dedicated to helping Pennsylvanians with disabilities and older adults acquire assistive technology. The foundation provides financial education, advocacy, and low-interest or 0% interest loans to fund devices and services that enhance independence and quality of life. PATF serves as the Commonwealth's designated Alternative Financing Program under the federal Assistive Technology Act. Their financing covers a broad range of equipment, including modified vehicles, hearing aids, smart home technology, and home accessibility modifications.
