The business manufactured cannabis-based products for the regulated Pennsylvania medical marijuana market and supplied dispensaries across the state. It was previously owned by Vireo Health and was acquired by Jushi Holdings in 2020 for total consideration reported at $37 million. Following the acquisition, the entity appears to have remained active as part of Jushi’s Pennsylvania operations rather than as an independent biotech or pharmaceutical drug developer.
