Pergasus

Pergasus AB is a Swedish biotechnology company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of PMD Device Solutions AB (formerly Promore Pharma AB). The company primarily serves as the intellectual property holding entity for ropocamptide (LL-37), a synthetic human peptide developed for the treatment of chronic wounds, including venous leg ulcers. Ropocamptide is designed to mimic the natural antimicrobial and immunomodulatory functions of the human cathelicidin peptide to accelerate the healing process in patients with unmet medical needs. Following a reverse acquisition in late 2023, the parent company shifted its focus to digital healthcare, leading to the planned discontinuation or divestment of Pergasus's pharmaceutical development activities.
