PerImmune

PerImmune was a private U.S. biopharmaceutical company based in Rockville, Maryland that focused on immunotherapy, cancer vaccines, human monoclonal antibodies, and diagnostic products. Historical reports indicate the company developed products for cancer and infectious disease applications, including a KLH-based bladder cancer immunotherapy program and a physician office-based bladder cancer recurrence test. PerImmune originated from Organon Teknika through a 1996 management buyout and later merged with Intracel in 1998. The company appears to be inactive today as an independent operating business, but it left behind patents and product-development work in oncology immunotherapy and diagnostics.
