Perspective Communautaire en Santé Mentale

Perspective Communautaire en Santé Mentale (PCSM), also known as Community Perspective in Mental Health (CPMH), is a non-profit community organization based in the West Island of Montreal, Quebec. Established to address the need for community-based mental health support, the organization provides long-term services to adults living with mental health issues to promote their recovery and social integration. PCSM offers personalized support programs, including home-based monitoring, daily living skills guidance, and housing assistance through its "CHEZ SOI" (Homerun) program. The organization operates with a holistic philosophy, focusing on the biological, psychological, and social needs of individuals to help them achieve their full potential and maintain autonomy. PCSM works in collaboration with the public health network and is supported by the Ministry of Health and Social Services of Quebec.
