It operates through several business units that provide integrated solutions spanning global pricing strategy, health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), medical affairs support, patient engagement programs, data analytics, and more. Since its founding it has launched/acquired several agencies including The Kinetix Group, FORCE Communications agencies, Mtech Access, Delta Hat, Brightly Network agencies, and Formulary Insights—all now operating under the "Powered by Petauri" brand umbrella. The firm’s mission centers on ensuring scientific breakthroughs reach patients with unmet needs by overcoming commercialization barriers.
