PFS Clinical is a clinical research services company focused on administrative and operational support for clinical research sites, health systems, academic medical centers, and investigators. Its offerings center on study start-up and research administration services such as coverage analysis, budget development and negotiation, contract development and negotiation, CTMS support, financial management, patient recruitment, and training. The business is not a therapeutics developer and does not appear to have a drug pipeline; instead, it supports the execution and economics of clinical trials. PFS Clinical was a wholly owned subsidiary of PharmaSeek and was acquired as part of WCG's August 8, 2019 acquisition of PharmaSeek. It appears to continue operating as an active brand or operating entity within WCG's clinical research services portfolio.
