R-Pharm US is a Princeton, New Jersey-based specialty pharmaceutical company established in 2014 to develop and commercialize medicines in oncology and chronic immune diseases. The company markets IXEMPRA (ixabepilone), a microtubule inhibitor approved for metastatic or locally advanced breast cancer, which it acquired from Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2015. R-Pharm US also states that it is engaged in discovery and development of proprietary new molecular entity prodrugs intended to improve attributes of approved drugs, such as abuse liability, bioavailability, and safety.
