Pharma Omnium

Pharma Omnium International was a French pharmaceutical company focused on the development, manufacturing, and commercialization of specialty medicines, particularly in the fields of gastroenterology and pain management. The company operated as a mid-sized pharmaceutical group with a strong presence in the European market through its own sales force and distribution networks. In 2004, Pharma Omnium was acquired by the Japanese pharmaceutical giant Eisai to strengthen Eisai's commercial infrastructure and product portfolio in Europe, specifically in France. Following the acquisition, its operations and products were integrated into Eisai's European division.
