PharmaDerm is a specialty pharmaceutical company and a leading provider of topical dermatological products in the United States. Originally established as the branded division of Fougera Pharmaceuticals, it was acquired by Sandoz (a Novartis division) in 2012. The company focuses on the development and commercialization of prescription therapies for a wide range of skin conditions, including actinic keratosis, genital warts, and various fungal and inflammatory dermatoses. Its portfolio features well-known brands such as Solaraze, Veregen, and Oxistat. Following the 2023 spin-off of Sandoz as an independent entity, PharmaDerm continues to operate as a core component of Sandoz's global dermatology business.
