PharmADN

PharmADN is a specialized Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) focused on the production of plasmid DNA (pDNA) for the biopharmaceutical industry. Based in the Genopole biocluster in Evry, France, the company provides essential services for the development of gene therapies, cell therapies, and DNA-based vaccines. PharmADN's core capabilities include the design, fermentation, and high-purity extraction of DNA sequences for preclinical and clinical use. In July 2020, the company was acquired by Eurofins Genomics to expand Eurofins' footprint in the rapidly growing gene therapy and synthetic biology sectors. The acquisition integrated PharmADN's expertise into Eurofins' global network, enhancing their capacity to support advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs).
