Pharmazz India Private Limited is the Indian subsidiary of Pharmazz, Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing innovative therapeutics for critical care medicine. The company's portfolio is led by two first-in-class molecules: Centhaquine (Lyfaquin), a small-molecule resuscitative agent for hypovolemic shock, and Sovateltide (Tyvalzi / Tycamzzi), a synthetic peptide endothelin-B receptor agonist for acute cerebral ischemic stroke. Both products have received marketing authorization in India and are being commercialized through partnerships with major Indian pharmaceutical companies, including Sun Pharma and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. Pharmazz is also advancing these candidates through late-stage clinical trials globally, including Phase III trials in the United States and Europe.
