Pheon Therapeutics

Pheon Therapeutics specializes in next-generation antibody-drug conjugates targeting novel antigens highly expressed on difficult-to-treat cancers. The company has raised $188 million across Series A and B rounds since its founding in March 2022. Its lead program—an ADC against an undisclosed target—has shown a strong preclinical therapeutic index using a DAR8 Topoisomerase I inhibitor linker-payload. Two additional pipeline assets use alternative linker-payload technologies against the same or related targets. The first clinical trial was planned for initiation in late 2024, aiming to rapidly advance through dose escalation into expansion cohorts. No human efficacy or safety data have been reported yet.
