PHG Foundation

The PHG Foundation is a non-profit health policy think tank and a part of the University of Cambridge dedicated to making science work for health. It focuses on the application of genomics and other emerging technologies in health services, providing multi-disciplinary expertise in policy, law, ethics, and science. The foundation works to help health systems transition toward personalized medicine by analyzing the clinical, social, and regulatory implications of biomedical innovation. Its work spans diverse areas including infectious disease surveillance, rare disease diagnosis, and the regulation of digital health technologies. Since 2018, it has operated within the University of Cambridge's School of Clinical Medicine, maintaining its role as a bridge between academic research and clinical practice.
