Phi Pharma was a Swiss biotechnology company specializing in the development of next-generation Peptide-Drug Conjugates (PDCs) for targeted cancer therapy. The company utilized its proprietary Phi-PDC platform to link potent cytotoxic payloads to specific peptides that target receptors overexpressed on tumor cells, such as CXCR4. This approach was designed to improve the therapeutic index of chemotherapy by increasing drug concentration at the tumor site while minimizing systemic toxicity. Phi Pharma's pipeline included several candidates in the pre-clinical stage targeting various solid and hematological malignancies. The company was headquartered in the Biopôle life sciences park in Epalinges, Switzerland, but entered liquidation proceedings in mid-2023.
