Phillips, Scott & Turner was a prominent pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare company, primarily known for its manufacturing and distribution of iconic over-the-counter brands such as Andrews Liver Salts and Phillips' Milk of Magnesia. Originally based in the United Kingdom and with significant operations in Australia, the company was acquired by Sterling Drug Inc. (which later became Sterling-Winthrop). Following the eventual breakup of Sterling-Winthrop in the 1990s, its brands and assets were integrated into larger pharmaceutical entities, including SmithKline Beecham (now GSK) and Sanofi.
